Providing a full range of ICT services, this well respected organisation specialise in information system design, procurement and installation through to short and long term ICT support, together with a wide range of peripherals which integrate into a digital business environment.

An opportunity currently exists for an experienced helpdesk support expert to join their vibrant team. You will be responsible for providing problem escalation and resolution management of technical advice and support to help clients effectively use computer software and hardware.
These services include problem resolution, logging, escalation, and follow-up to completion and client satisfaction.

You will provide the primary interface with customers via phone, email and ticketing systems, whilst supporting all office infrastructure including; first line networking, telephone and audio visual systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills under stressful conditions are crucial for this role and strong communication skills are essential.
