As part of an organisation restructure the need for a Change Manager now exists. This newly created position will see you deliver key risk management support to Project Managers as well as line managers across all areas of the business. You will also assist managers by facilitating workshops across the business to ensure risks are mitigated and appropriate controls are in place.

Excellent communication skills are essential as are first class influencing and negotiating abilities.

To succeed in this role you‘ll need proven Change Management work expertise gained from the areas of risk assessment, internal control and or internal audit. Relevant academic or theoretical training in Change Management or internal audit would be highly regarded.
