We are currently seeking a new team member to join the Business Support Team at Randstad Tasmania, initially on a three month temporary basis with a view to going permanent for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for business-to-business sales skills to build client relationships and deliver both temporary and permanent recruitment services to clients.
Your role will require you to provide exceptional service to a portfolio of existing clients as well as marketing for new business. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Continued business development of new and existing clients
- Maintenance of existing client accounts
- Drive consistent levels of sales activity
- Providing clients with suitable recruitment solutions
- Providing both your clients and candidates with superior customer service at all times
- All associated administrative tasks.
Ideally you will have experience with business-to-business sales, superior communication skills and the ability to multitask. You will thrive within a fast paced and driven environment where everyday brings fun and a new challenge!
Although recruitment experience is not essential, you will be motivated by achieving goals and set targets. You must be comfortable with working to tight deadlines and enjoy the challenges of creating solutions that a successful consultant is faced with everyday. The pressure can be high, but so are the rewards!
